I first contacted Lynne Friery in January 2023 as we wanted to start planning our first ever family cruise. Lynne spent so much time with me whilst we discussed our options to ensure we were going to get the experience we were looking for. From the minute we booked she was always on hand for questions we had (and there were lots) and nothing was too much trouble. We went our cruise on 6th July 2024 on board the MSC Virtuosa and had the most amazing time with lots of special memories. We really couldn’t have done it all without Lynnes help.
