She even took time while she was away for a weekend herself to send me holidays she had found. From the minute I contacted her she was a pleasure to work with finding a holiday. Totally committed and also a gem to deal with. Nothing too much bother and she went above and beyond to find my family a fabulous trip. Even after booking she stayed in constant touch and her concierge team were brilliant. Answered every query quickly and efficiently. I loved the fact that Lynne and her team actually pick up the phone to talk to you. Everything went so smoothly but I liked knowing she was there if something did happen. She sent us a lovely little note with luggage tags before we left and we were thrilled to find, upon arrival in our room, a bottle of fizz with a wee note from her. I’d told her we’d celebrate our wedding anniversary while we were away and this a lovely personal touch. She also send me a wee welcome home text which I thought was lovely. A great, personal and professional service from start to finish. I will definitely book with lynne again .. I’ve found my perfect partner in holiday crime!

We’ve booked several holidays through Lynne Friery now and I would not hesitate to recommend. The service from Lynne and the Concierge team is outstanding. I’ve been booking holidays myself for years but since using Lynne’s services, I get the same holiday I would book myself for the same price but with all the lovely extras and the added warmth and security of the personal service.
All my questions are answered swiftly in the lead up to my holiday, and the hotel is made aware of all my requests. We celebrated a special occasion this summer on holiday and we arrived to find a bottle of champagne and sweet treats and a lovely personal note from Lynne in our room which was a fabulous gesture. It touches like this that really make you value booking with an agent like Lynne. There is also the added bonus of knowing that she is just a phone call away should we run into any issues while we are away. And of course let’s not forget the lovely gift that arrived in the post of pens, luggage tags and a handy and stylish tote bag with a card of appreciation for our custom.
